Desired Candidate Profile :
-Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience with Object Oriented Development, preferably to include VB, Crystal Report
-Minimum 2 years Test-Driven Development experience is required
-Mixed front- and back-end skills
-SQL Server experience; Microsoft SQL 2000, SQL2005 is a plus
-Development experience for delivering product, solutions to external customers
-Successful experience working as part of a team
-Able to creatively design and build systems in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
-Proven problem solver and troubleshooter, who can think creatively under pressure
-Strong code Re-factoring skills
-Knowledge of internet architecture, client / server architecture and distributed computing environments
-Exposure to Database Concepts and Technologies
-Should have flare to motivate, guide, support teams of infants & go getter on solutions with acumen to continually evolve new approaches & cater to changing customer needs.
-Should possess skill & competence in Human relationship & customer relationship management both internal & external with clear focus on deliverables.
-Creative, innovative, results focused, self starter
-Related bachelor degree required- B.Com, BE

Additional Desired Profile
Knowledge of internet architecture, client / server architecture and distributed computing environments
Exposure to Database Concepts and Technologies
Any exposure to CMM / ISO Software Engineering Processes is a plus
