Job Description :

Technical Skills :
Unix/ Linux – Mandatory (about 2-3 years experience)
Back-end knowledge – Mandatory (any database like Oracle/Sybase)
Production support experience
Informatica/Cognos awareness - Not Mandatory, is a plus point
Level 2 Production Support.
Analysis and troubleshooting of issues in production environment and resolve the issues abiding to SLAs.
Experience in building applications on various technologies viz., Java, .NET, Cognos, Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle and Sybase running on UNIX/Linux/Windows platforms.

Communication/Presentation Skills
Should be willing work on 24*5 shift
